- Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
- If you require alterations to your custom suit, we offer a $75 credit towards tailoring services. To request a tailoring credit, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery.
- All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
